PUBLIC INFORMATION BOOTHS

Applications are now being acepted for Public Information Booths at the West Point Crab Carnival.

DATE: Saturday, October 1, 2011

LOCATION: Downtown West Point

TIME: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

COST: $35.00 (Checks made payable to West Point Crab Carnival.)

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  August 15, 2011 (Please have the application and payment to us by this date.)

Please note:  If you will be selling any items, there will be an additional fee of $20.00, making a total of $55.00.  Applications postmarked after deadline will be assessed with a $50.00 late fee and will not be published in the CrabTab.

NOTICE: All vendors must be set up and vehicles off main Street before 8:30 am. Please do not remove your items before 6:00 pm.

BOOTH INFORMATION:

  • Booth size is approximately 10’ x 12’ – only one allowed per exhibitor.
  • Booths are located either on the sidewalks from the property owner ’s line to the edge of the curb or in the street.  Please note that the terrain is not level and there is not place in which to drive tent stakes.
  • Your registration is non-refundable.  The event will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
  • Each exhibitor is responsible for providing his/her own display (including tables, chairs, etc.) We cannot provide electricity.
